During my tenure at Hedley’s Fine Art Group spanning over two decades in London and New York, I fulfilled various roles, including contributing to the management team tasked with revitalizing our New York operations. As you can see, I’ve honed my skills in business management, learning firsthand the importance of implementing robust systems and standard operating procedures (SOP’S) These elements serve as the cornerstone of every prosperous enterprise.
